Our Guarantee
Here at SJD, we are firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service.
Accordingly, I, Simon Dolan, Managing Partner of SJD Accountancy, hereby unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria are not met in any month, I will make a full refund of that month's fee.
- Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
- Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.
- Subject to all the appropriate information having been received from the client, draft Annual Accounts will be submitted for approval within four weeks.
- All new clients will be contacted by their Account Manager within two days of signed Contracts being received.
- Client/Accountant ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service.
- All accounting work will be carried out "in house" by suitably qualified people.
- Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following day latest.
