Our complete accountancy package includes: completion of accounts, all company returns, payroll bureau, dividends, corporation tax computations, personal taxation, free bookkeeping software and unlimited access to your accountant, we do all this for a fixed monthly fee of just £110 plus VAT, which is of course fully tax deductible and is also one of the lowest prices in the market.

What SJD will do for you

  1. Preparation of Company Year-End Accounts to be produced within 30 days of us receiving all the relevant information from you.
  2. Preparation of abbreviated Company Accounts where appropriate.
  3. Director's personal tax return. The first income tax return that we shall be dealing with is for the year ending 5th. April, 2013.
  4. Corporation Tax Computations.
  5. Completion of VAT returns.
  6. Dealing with the Inland Revenue.
  7. Dealing with Companies House.
  8. Payroll administration.
  9. Electronic filing of forms P35 and P14.
  10. Completion of form P11d and P14.
  11. Provision of advice about IR35
  12. On-going tax and accountancy advice throughout the year.
  13. To adhere to the terms of our Service Guarantee


What we’ll ask of you

  1. Submit your completed spreadsheet to us once a quarter to coincide with your VAT Return;
  2. Forward any forms, letters or paperwork you receive from Companies House, Inland Revenue or the VAT office as soon as you receive them;
  3. At your Company year end forward us copies of your Company bank statements for the year.


Our Fees

Our fees are £110 plus VAT per month for a single-person limited company. Fees are usually paid by monthly Direct Debit or Standing Order so you have full control. Also unlike other companies there are NO entry or exit fees.
