Perhaps one of the worst things about IR35 is the uncertainty the legislation gives to individuals. With employment status being such a complicated issue it is essential to gain professional advice.
Our contract review service is unique. Not only do we offer a guaranteed next day reply (in 95% of cases the reply is same day) but we only charge for the review if we feel the contract passes IR35. The review gives detailed guidance as to why we think you pass, or if we think you fail we will offer constructive advice as to how you may restructure your assignment and contract to enable you to avoid IR35.
For clients and PCG members we charge £150 plus VAT for the review. For non clients or non PCG members the fee is £200 plus VAT. Remember – we only charge if we feel you would pass IR35.
