The systems are primarily web-based real-time reporting systems that allow the Franchisor instant access to each Franchisees accounting system and reporting function. Additionally, each Franchisee has accurate up-to-date financial records that clearly disclose the financial position at any time. Further, SJD provide a mentoring service to each Franchisee that enables 24-hour access to professional advice and assistance.
We also provide year end professional services to each Franchisee and Franchisor including preparation of year end accounts and taxation computations, taxation advice and planning, preparation of statutory returns such as P35/P60/CT600/Annual Returns etc.
We provide a complete business solution to the operation of franchised businesses and other businesses with similar characteristics. Web based reporting systems are designed, installed and developed that guarantee the integrity of the reporting systems of each Franchise, thus enabling the Franchisor to concentrate on the development of the Franchise secure in the knowledge of maximisation of profits and the integrity of information as a basis for decision making. In all cases we shall provide written quotes for our services and guarantee no additional costs without prior agreement. We will develop our systems and services to meet the client’s on-going requirements.
